How Is Coaching Different From Therapy?
Therapy often looks at the past to process and heal trauma, while coaching focuses on the present and future. In coaching, we explore where you are now, what’s holding you back, and the steps you can take to move toward the life you want to create. Both can work beautifully together, and many of my clients choose to use coaching alongside therapy.

Do I Need To Share My Full Story Of Abuse To Benefit From Coaching?
No. You never have to share details you’re not comfortable with. Coaching is about your present and future, not about re-telling your story. I meet you where you are, and together we work on practical tools, mindset shifts, and strategies for growth.

How Long Are Your Programs?
I currently offer a 4-week introductory program (Reclaiming You), as well as longer programs for women ready to go deeper on their healing and empowerment journey. Each program includes weekly sessions, reflection exercises, and practical tools to support your growth.
What Happens In A Coaching Session?
Each session is a supportive, guided conversation where we explore your goals, challenges, and progress. I’ll ask powerful questions, offer tools and strategies, and create space for reflection. Sessions often include grounding practices and exercises tailored to your needs.

Do I Need To Share All The Details Of My Trauma To Benefit From Coaching?
Not at all. Trauma-informed coaching does not require you to retell or relive your experiences. Instead, we focus on how your past may be showing up in your present life, and create safe, supportive strategies for growth and empowerment.
Does Trauma-Informed Mean We Only Talk About My Pain?

Each woman’s journey is unique. During a free consultation call, we’ll explore your current needs, challenges, and goals. From there, I’ll help you choose the program that best supports where you are and where you’d like to go.
What Is Included In Your Coaching Programs?
